How it works

From announcement to your outreach list

Newly funded companies are buying: new hires, new tools, new advisors. We find them and package the details you need to reach out with context.

  1. We track new rounds

We monitor public funding announcements, SEC Form D filings, and company websites for US SaaS and tech companies raising seed through Series C.

  2. We verify and enrich

Each company gets a row with round details, lead investors, a link to the source, its published contact page or role inbox, and notes on hiring, new execs, or expansion.

  3. You get a clean CSV

Lists arrive by email, ready for Excel, Google Sheets, or your CRM. Filter by stage, location, or sector if you only want a slice.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Where does the data come from?

Only public sources: funding announcements and press releases, SEC Form D filings, and the companies' own websites. Every row includes a link to the announcement it came from, so you can verify it yourself. We do not scrape LinkedIn or Crunchbase.

Do the lists include personal names, emails, or phone numbers?

No. FreshRound Leads is company-level only. For contact, each row lists the company's published contact page or a role inbox the company lists on its own site (for example a sales@ or support@ address). There are no personal names, personal emails, or phone numbers.

Which companies are included?

US-based SaaS and tech companies that have just announced a funding round, from seed through Series C.

Can I filter by stage, location, or sector?

Yes. Custom filters by funding stage, location, or sector are available. Email us your criteria and we'll reply with what's possible.

How is the data delivered?

As a CSV file sent by email. It opens in Excel or Google Sheets and imports into any CRM.

Can I resell or share the list?

No. Lists are licensed for your own internal use and outreach. Resale and redistribution aren't allowed. See the Data License & Terms.

Who is responsible for compliance in my outreach?

You are. If you contact companies on the list, you're responsible for following CAN-SPAM, the TCPA, and any other laws that apply to your outreach. Details are in the Data License & Terms.

How do I get started?

Start with the free 10-company sample. If it fits, reply to that email with the plan you want and we'll take it from there.

My company is on a list. How do I remove it?

Email coffeebuds89@gmail.com with the subject "Remove my company" and your company's name and website. We'll take it out of future lists. More detail is in our Privacy Policy.
